Months before Mash Gang even had a name, their first home brew project was Tepache.

A beautiful Mexican staple home ferment made from Pineapple rind, no tepache? No Mash Gang!

All the joy of a juicy IPA with the novelty of sour Pineapple, spicy chilli and a background of brown sugar and subtly mixed spice. Something completely different. Enjoy with a dash of Tajin.

Ingredients: Water, malted barley, wheat, oats, hops, pineapple, ginger root, jalapeno, cinnamon, star anise, cloves, allspice, potassium sorbate (preservative).

complex and very drinkable

The first sip is hoppy and biting. Take another pull and you can taste the pineapple lurking in the background. It's a remarkable summer-time brew. Well worth picking up.
