Our great winemakers in the South West of France have great savoir-faire. We picked this emblematic wine from Colombard and gently dealcoholized it through low temperature distillation to preserve its rich aromas. That's what it takes to start a Revolution!

The dress : Pale and frank, shiny green reflections.

The nose: Moving perfumes of exotic fruits and white fruits (pear, fishing, etc.) with notes of citrus zest.

In mouth: Frank, aromatic attack, supported by a beautiful liveliness and a pleasant and refreshing length.

Serve around 8 °, perfect with a ceviche, a seasonal salad or sour poultry
